Call for Posters

We invite submissions for poster presentations on recent work addressing the topics of the workshop, including, but not limited to:

  • How listeners process conversational speech, including reduced word pronunciation variants
  • The nature of spoken words' mental representations (e.g. abstract representations versus exemplar-based representations, types of information included in the representations, etc.)
  • The problems encountered by listeners in understanding reduced word pronunciation variants
  • The processes used by listeners to learn new reduced word pronunciation variants
  • The evolution of spoken words' mental representations over time
  • Corpus research on reduced word pronunciation variants (in any language)

Please, send your abstract of maximally 250 words to conlexworkshop@gmail.com before Tuesday 18 April. You will be notified about acceptance before Tuesday 2 May.
